Blessed Kiss won Czech derby



The filly Blessed Kiss and jockey Wladimir Panov suprisingly won The 98th CPI PG Czech derby (12f, 2,5 mio. CZK), with the German guest Poldi's Liebling second by a neck and Mon Cheri third by another two lenghts. Blessed Kiss was 29:1-outsider, became the first winning filly of the Czech derby after thirteen years and first winner from velká Chuchle racecourse of Czech derby after 21 years. Jockey Wladimir Panov, coach Igor Endaltsev and owner Yerbol Baizharkinov won their first derby.

Winners of other Class A races of this raceday were Mr Right (TMM Stakes, 6f), Father Frost (Tattersalls Mile, 1m), Dylanka (Clever Decision Stakes, 11f) and Autor (Rádio Impuls Gold Cup, 12). Jockey beysim Ferhanov and trainer-champion Helena Vocásková won three races of the schedule.
