In connection with the construction of the railway corridor and the relocation of the Prague-Velká Chuchle railway station, the important traffic restriction will occur in the coming period near the Chuchle Arena in Prague.

On Sunday, June 27, the 101st CPIPG Czech Derby took place in Chuchle Arena Prague. The winner being the favored Hazarder with jockey Václav Janáček, Tcheque King finished second, Royal Word took third place. Fourteen three-year-old stallions and two mares presented themselves in the most prestigious and with a total prize-money of two million CZK (ca. 78 ths eur), also the richest flat race in Central Europe.

The most important test of the Czech horseracing calendar and also the richest flat race in Central Europe, the Czech Derby, which took place last September due to the postponement of the entire season, is returning to its traditional June date. This Sunday in the Chuchle Arena Prague, fourteen three-year-old colts and two fillies will compete on the 1 1/2 mile the most prestigious classic race. Two Class A races, the 69th June Stakes (Czech Derby Trial) and the 16th Jaroslav Mašek Memorial Stakes were the highlights of the schedule.

The third raceday of the 2021 season in the Chuchle Arena Prague will also be the first for this year, for which the gates of the main Czech racecourse will also be opened to the public. A total of eleven races will take place including two highlights: June Stakes (Czech Derby Trial) and Jaroslav Mašek Memorial Stakes.

On Monday, May 31, the pre-sale of tickets was launched, so far for the next three racing days of the 2021 horse racing season in the Chuchle Arena Prague (June 5, June 27 and July 17).

On Sunday, May 16, this year's season in the Chuchle Arena Prague continued on the second raceday, unfortunately, like the April premiere, it had to take place without spectators. The attractive program showed three Class A races and culminated in the jubilee 100th year of the Czech 2000 Guineas.

The season at Chuchle Arena Prague continues this Sunday (16 May) with the second raceday, which, like the opening one three weeks ago, will offer eight races, three of which carry the Class A status. Unfortunatelly, as in April, the event still have to take place without the participation of spectators, races from the Chuchle Arena can be watched again on the internet dostihy.tv, where the stream is "live +5 min." from the whole program.

Czech fans could not have asked for a better ending of the CSI2*-W Prague Arena international jumping competitions. Aleš Opatrný on Gentlemen vh Veldhof secured a thrilling victory in the Grand Prix after winning the jump-off.
